Contrarresta la creciente falta de actividad f\u00edsica, fomenta las ganas de movilidad de los alumnos y les ayuda a desarrollar sus capacidades f\u00edsicas y deportivas. \u00a0La pr\u00e1ctica de diversas modalidades de movimiento f\u00edsico, juegos y actividades deportivas es beneficiosa para la salud y el bienestar general.
